  • Certificate of VAT registration (Indirect Taxation Authority of B&H).
  • Excerpt confirming the registration into the Register of Business Entities (Registration Court).
  • Request for the issuance of GAZPROM Fuel Card.
  • Specification of the vehicle for the issuance of GAZPROM Fuel Card.

When all necessary documents have been enclosed, the contract shall be signed.

What’s the difference between a debit and a credit card?

The credit card limit is approved on the basis of annual financial indicators (balance sheets). Credit card transactions can only be made within this limit. Completed transactions are invoiced on the basis of the agreed contractual provisions.

Debit cards can only be used based on the funds deposited in advance. Debit card transactions can only be made up to the amount of available funds.

What’s the difference between a company debit card and an individual debit card?

The company’s debit cards, which bear the embossed DEBI designation, use funds that are deposited into an account that is accessed by a group of cards.

In this case, each card has access to the total amount for the group, unless it is limited by a daily, monthly, or quarterly limit.

Individual debit cards, which bear the embossed INDI designation, use funds that are deposited into an individual account for each of the separate cards.

How long does it take to issue a card?

The card shall be issued within no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of submission of the application/conclusion of the contract.

What information can be printed on the cards?

The information that can be printed on the cards is the registration number, the name of the user, or the name of the customer (legal entity). The embossed print on the cards is applied to the alphabetical and numerical designations. The cards belonging to the group contain the name of the legal entity along with the name of the user.

What documents are required to issue additional cards?

In order to be issued additional cards, the Buyer must submit a completed Request for Card Issue, as well as the Vehicle Specification. The processing of the necessary documents is carried out by the manager assigned to the client, and the request for the issuance of additional cards can be submitted at any time during the contract period.

Is it possible to change the type of fuel that is paid for by the card after the card is issued?

After the card is issued, changes are made by submitting a request through the manager assigned to the company or through the Mobile Application for Corporate Clients. In this manner, it is possible to change the type of fuel, as well as the limit with which it is paid.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

In the event of loss of the card, the customer may block it by calling 08 005 8888 (0 – 24h) or by direct contact with the manager assigned to the client.

How are the funds deposited to a debit card?

The funds can be paid into the debit card account based on the previously received proforma invoice.

Is there a minimum deposit to a debit card?

The minimum or maximum amounts that can be deposited on the debit card are not predefined.

When do the funds on the cards become available after the deposit is made?

After the deposit is made, the funds on the cards become available on the same or on the next day, after ten o’clock in the morning (on working days).

What should I do if I lose my PIN?

The corporate client may request to be assigned a new PIN code in the event of a loss of the assigned one. The procedure for issuing a new PIN code can be initiated at all NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol stations.

What should be done if the card is blocked due to an incorrect entry of the PIN code?

If the wrong PIN code is entered three times, the card will be blocked. When the card is blocked, it is necessary to submit a request to unblock the card and assign a new code through the manager assigned to the client.

Is it possible to use the card several times during the day?

The card can be used an unlimited number of times during the day in accordance with the available funds and predefined limits.

How to get discounts when using the card?

Depending on the consumption during one month, discounts and rebates are granted in accordance with the signed discount scale. The calculation at the end of each month determines the total amount, depending on which price range the buyer belongs to, after which a credit note is obtained in the amount of the calculated discount.

Is it possible to monitor consumption in real time?

The insight into the consumption can be done in real time by checking the report through the Web Cabinet portal on the computer or through the mobile application for corporate clients. The customer can access the personal service through a request submitted to the manager, after which the access parameters and the user’s manual will be forwarded.

How do I get information about the available funds on the card?
